During 1997 I became a notary and I received my certification  as a signing agent. I started doing closings on a part time bases for the leading agencies in the industry. In 1999 I started a career as a loan processor which allowed me to learn the ins-and-out of getting a loan closed. I’ve experienced and did not take for granted the hard work that is involved in starting an application and the steps that are taken to get the loan to closing. During the 5 years I worked for lenders I was able to create and pull loan packages, manage a processing department, handle customer’s disputes and originate loans.

As a notary, I am aware of the Florida Law requirement for identification; moreover, I am experienced in the required execution of a Power of Attorney, property in a trust and the requirement of a legal spouse signature on homestead properties.

In 2005, I decided to take the closing business to the next level and make it my main career. Since then, I’ve serviced hundreds of signing agencies, title companies and lenders. I’m experienced in purchases, refinance, HELOC, HECM (reverse mortgages),
construction loans, and electronic notarization. Besides mortgage documentations, I’m knowledgeable in notarizing legal documents such as wills, divorces, affidavits, jurat’s, acknowledgements, verifying vehicles VIN number, and completing vehicle purchase documents.

I’ve learned over the years that knowledge is power and the importance to stay up to date with new rules and regulations. This is why I’m a member of the top associations in the nation which keep me informed of new and changing rules. I’m also bilingual and I’m able to perform all my duties in Spanish.
